This agreement sets out how you may use documents, templates, workbooks and guides (“Materials”) you obtain from DAYTOL LLC, doing business as Daytol Tech Solutions (“Daytol”, “we”, “us”, “our”), including the free sample. It forms part of our Terms of Sale.
1. License
When you pay for Materials, or download a free sample, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use them within one organization: the organization named on the order or, if none is named, the organization you buy for. The license lasts indefinitely unless it ends under section 6.
2. What you may do
Edit, adapt and complete the Materials for your organization.
Share the completed documents with your employees, contractors, auditors, assessors, insurers, customers and regulators who need to see them.
Keep copies, including backups, for your organization’s use.
3. What you may not do
Resell, sublicense, publish or give away the Materials, or documents built from them, as templates or products.
Use the Materials for more than one organization without buying a license for each. Consultants and service providers need a separate purchase for each client organization.
Remove our copyright notices from the Materials themselves. You may remove Daytol branding from documents you complete for your own use.
4. Ownership
We keep all rights in the Materials, including copyright. The organization-specific content you add, such as names, decisions and records, belongs to you.
5. No warranty and liability
The Materials are provided as described in our Terms of Sale, which set out our warranties and limits of liability. The Materials do not certify compliance with any law, regulation or framework.
6. Ending the license
If you breach this agreement and do not fix the breach within 30 days after we notify you, the license ends and you must stop using and delete the Materials. Documents your organization has already approved and put in use may stay in use, but may not be shared in breach of section 3.
7. General
This agreement is governed by Texas law, as set out in our Terms of Sale. Questions: info@daytol.com.
